I like the character itself a lot (I'm a sucker for characters with ears) She is very cute and I love the expression on her face. I'm very impressed with how accurate the hand looks (like any artist I struggle with hands and feet) but I think her legs are a little awkward. I know she's suppose to be in motion and maybe even stumbling forward(?) but the right leg being completely flexed up is kind of odd (but I'm picky)
The only complaint (besides the leg thing) Is probably the background. I like the checkerboard underneath but I think all the swirlys and bats sort of distract from the character and things around her (aka muffins, cookies, etc.)

however I think it has great style and deserve is a good rating, I can not help but highlight the lack of details of the fund, I'm not as good as you, but I think he ought to know almost everything is good about the character design. in color should I say you need darker colors to give you atmosphere of fear, even if your intention is to give a sweet view of the character. With taste, a fellow of the deviantart page a pleasure help.
